strengthen our team in the following position:

HEALTH, SAFETY, & ENVIRONMENT MANAGER (HSE-MG)
RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide strategic advice, information, and
assistance to KPSI management and employees in order to promote and
maintain a healthy and safe environment for everyone to work; ensure
a framework of policies, procedures, and auditing to assist in the
development of such an environment while maintaining KPSI¡¯s high
profile as industry leader in safety. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor Degree
in relevant background (preferable from Health and Safety or
Engineering) with minimum 9 years experience in similar activities
and minimum 1 year at the same level; proven knowledge and skills in
HSE related area, such as HSE Regulations, Law, theories, principles,
techniques, etc.; excellent Management and Financial Accounting
skills; have experience in strategic planning, budget preparation,
reporting, and contract review; Basic SAP knowledge; strong
analytical thinking; excellent skills in investigation and report
writing; experience in forestry operation and EPC (engineering,
procurement, and construction) industry would be a great advantages.

QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM ENGINEER (QMS-EG)
RESPONSIBILITIES: Organize the overall QMS activities within a
project or an operation area; actively ensure follow-up on QMS
related subjects and participate in QMS audits; assist in managing
contractors or suppliers according to the QMS and relevant standards;
develop and maintain a high level of awareness among all personnel
through communication, training, and active personal involvement in
preventing and reporting of non-conformances; assist in reporting QMS
statistics accurately. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor Degree in Civil or
Industrial engineering from reputable university; 2 years relevant
experience in a similar post; knowledge of QMS regulations,
standards, systems, and procedures; experience in ISO 9001:2000, ISO
14001:2004, and OHSAS 18001:2007 training would be great advantages;
good problem solving techniques; strong conceptual and analytical
thinking; ability to cope with additional responsibilities;
proportional attention to details; innovative and prepared to share
knowledge.

PERSONAL ASSISSTANT ENGINEER (PA-EG)
RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist The Executive in day-to-day administrative
and operational matters such as in preparing confidential
correspondence, reports preparation, presentation preparation, and
other complex documents as well as in organizing and monitoring
business operation; act on The Executive¡¯s behalf when delegated;
work together with Executive Secretary in scheduling appointment and
coordinating arrangements for The Executive. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum
Bachelor in Civil, Mechanical, or Industrial engineering from
reputable university; 2 years relevant experience in similar post or
in project management but talented fresh graduates (with minimum GPA¡Ý
3.00) are welcome to apply; TOEFL¡Ý500; excellent in administrative
and procedural skills as well as in planning and organizing; able to
secure confidential information; proportional attention to details;
mature outlook but also willing to have fun along the way.

HEALTH, SAFETY, & ENVIRONMENT SUPERVISOR (HSE-SV)
RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervise personnel engaged in health, safety, and
environmental (HSE) functions within KPSI; evaluate and ensure
compliance on applicable rules, regulations, policies, standard, and
procedures on HSE; measure physical hazards, recommend corrective
action, and assess effectiveness of safety programs; delivers
presentations, training, or instruction to staff, management,
clients, or the general public. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum Diploma in
Health and Safety or Engineering from reputable university; 5-6 years
experience in the similar activities and type of business with
minimum 1 year in the same level; proven knowledge of HSE Regulations
and Law; possesses and applies broad knowledge of HSE-related
theories, principles, and techniques; strong analytical thinking;
excellent skills in investigation and report writing.

HEALTH, SAFETY, & ENVIRONMENT OFFICER (HSE-OF)
RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform routine health, safety, and environment
(HSE) regulated inspections and or investigations in assigned area of
operation; ensure compliance on applicable rules, regulations,
policies, and procedures on HSE; assist the Supervisor in measuring
physical hazards and recommend corrective action; maintain detailed
inspection or investigation records, prepares reports, and attends to
other related administrative requirements; deliver presentations,
instruction to staff, management, clients, or the general public.
REQUIREMENTS: Minimum Diploma in Health and Safety or Engineering
from reputable university with 3 years experience or Senior High
School graduated with 5-6 years experience in the similar activities
and type of business; knowledge of HSE Regulations and Law; knowledge
HSE-related of theories, principles, and techniques; strong
analytical thinking; excellent skills in investigation and report
writing.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: Computer literate; excellent in English and
Bahasa; strong conceptual and analytical thinking; innovative and
prepared to share knowledge; strong leadership and determination;
high personal work-motivation and excellent teamwork skills;
communicative, creative, and proactive; high orientation on cost-
effectiveness, quality, timescale, and safety; high professional-
integrity; willing to travel and relocate to Kalimantan.
