Corporate CB Specialist (Senior Supervisor)
(Jakarta)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

* To recommend Compensation & Benefits policies, plans and programs that aligns with company’s strategy and compliance to government regulation.
* To coordinate with all HR units in providing & improving HR standard operation procedure & policies.
* To maintain updated organization structure, job description and job grading.
* To manage the salary survey participation and to propose and recommend salary policy lines and other benefits package
* To recommend effective HR Information System and to ensure employee database is well maintained and updated.
* To deliver employee cost budget and employee cost analysist
* To recommend career path system and work together with CB & HRIS Manager and all organization heads in implementing the system.
* To Monitor the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs and to recommend improvements.
* To Monitor competitive trends in compensation and benefits market to review the company position and recommend improvement.


GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

* Excellent Communication and presentation skills
* Good in English both oral & written
* Mature professional with strong initiative and good work attitude
* Well organized, fast, efficient & creative
* High integrity, risk focus and attention detail
* Able to work under pressure, minimum supervision and tight schedule
* Full independent with pleasant personality and integrity
* Bachelor Degree education in Statistic or Economic – Accounting preferable
* Min 3 years experiences in the same position
* Computer literate
* Willing to work in any location within Indonesia
