Responsible for the completion of construction project within budgetary and scheduling guidelines.


Primary/Main responsibilities :

List primary responsibilities, how they are done and its projected results. (action verb in order to what results)

* Supervise contractors/sub-contractors (EPC etc) in order to meet schedule of completion of main plant and its supported systems and to be ready for commissioning.
* Cooperate with all designated divisions in order to make sure that all permits & licenses and all legal requirements are duly made.
* Sit in the construction committee in order to represent the company in managing plant construction.
* Assist EPC contractor in order to select sub-contractors and in mobilizing skill workers.
* May sit in the bid committee in order to process tenders.
* Cooperate with engineering group in order to control specification and selected technology of the power plant.


Education/skills/experience:

Minimum S1 (all discipline). Hands on experience at least 5 years. Understand power operation
