Requirements:


University graduate, prefer from Law, Management or Psychology with GPA min 3.00
Having experience minimum 1 year in human resources from manufacturing industry or labour intensive
Having knowledge and familiar with Manpower Regulation, Job Analysis and Job Evaluation, Performance Management, Assessment, Training and Development
Hands on experience in dealing with Labour Union, PLB Negotiation and settlement labour dispute
Strong leadership and good negotiation skill, ability to interact and communicate with all level employees
Computer literate is must (min MS. Office)
