Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, preferably Insurance
* Min. 7 years sales / training experience or more, preferably in consumer banking, credit card marketing and/or insurance
* Able to communicate in English (written and oral)
* Computer literacy
* Strong training background
* Creative with strong business acumen
* Self-driven and result oriented with ability to identify training needs to increase business
* Independent, energetic, and innovative
* Good in communication and presentation skills
* Able to work under pressure & overtime

6. Strong interpersonal & communication skills. Able to effectively communicate with all levels of staff in organization.
