A multinational World Class Mining Company is urgently required a Senior Role for Indonesia base. a. Production Manager (FIFO Site Kalimantan)
b. Mine Superintendent (FIFO Site Kalimantan)
c. Superintendent Mine Planning (Balikpapan)
Responsibilities:
The key objectives of these high profile roles are to co-ordinate and control the operations of an open pit coal mines and to ensure clear agreement and achievement of the organization’s and projects objectives. You will have client facing experience and be a strategic thinker. These roles are base in Indonesia, and are offering an excellent career opportunity, with a lucrative salary package on offer.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mining) and Post Graduate Management Qualifications would prove an advantage.
• Having minimum 5 - 10 years of extensive experience in Contract mining, preferably coal and strip mining operation.
• A commitment to HSE and risk management is essential.
• Computer Literacy.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Indonesia
d. Project Manager/Operations Manager (FIFO Kalimantan Indonesia)
Ideally the candidate would:
1. Have a Mining Engineer Qualification (previous track record will also be considered)
2. Coal Experience (essential)
3. Prior experience in Development of mines (essential)
4. Indonesian experience (desired but not essential)
Purpose of Position:
To organize, manage, monitor and be accountable for a Mining Project, achieving standards of safety, quality, schedule and cost as laid down in project business plan and budget in the interests of both the Company and the shareholders with all work to be KPI driven for the financial success of the Project.

• Position is held accountable for project performance
