Responsibilities:

* Provides legal advice and counsel, represents the Bank in litigation process of consumer collection issues
* Monitors the cost and quality of outside counsel handling litigation and regulatory matters in consumer collection issues.
* Works independently on matters of significance to the organization.
* Responsible for coaching as well as performance reviews and compensation administration along with daily administrative tasks.


Qualifications :

* 5 – 10 years of experience practicing law in Consumer Banking industry.
