MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Optimization Engineer is to optimize 3G Radio Network Systems and network performance assurance
2. The individual is expected to be involved in optimization projects
3. Supports Project Teams/Customers directly to ensure optimization related activities, capable to work independently
4. Has a good understanding planning area and a good command of planning tools
5. Personal capability development and transfer to customers/own team members/partners
6. Lead day-to-day Network performance issues/discussions with customer

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Good 3G RF network planning and optimization processes knowledge and experience
2. Practice of drive test measurement/analysis tool (TEMS, NEMO, Actix, or equivalent)
3. Knowledge and practice of Nokia RAN parameters and counters
4. Expert level with network KPI performance statistics analysis and troubleshooting
5. Knowledge and practice of OSS, RAN tools: Configuration Management, Performance Management, Fault Management related e.g. Plan Editor, Radio Access Configuration tools, Optimizer, Reporter, MML commands

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability
to communicate a clear vision in a wide range of fore and a variety of
media;

* Experience of contributing effectively to strategy, planning and

* Educated to degree level or equivalent qualification in an
appropriate Estate Management discipline, and be a member of an appropriate

* Knowledge and application of project leadership and management,

income generation through analysis of resources and management models; the
ability to read and interpret financial reports
* Knowledge of tender procedures and contract management
* A track record of success in responsible roles in estate management,
preferably including experience of leading a significant portfolio in a
multi-site organisation.
* Experience of sound financial management, including the development
of persuasive business cases, business plans and budgets.
* Experience of change management, in particular the human aspects of
change

* Responsible to monitoring Trouble Ticket Feedback in regional office
