ASSISTANT MARKETING & OPERATION MANAGER (Iron Ore Mining)
This position is directly report to President Director. He will responsible to establish and implement of marketing strategy, plans and programs consistent with short term and long term business objective and goals, capable of managing overall marketing activities, including iron ore trading, shipping, export and mining operation, to make Iron Ore market channels, shipping agents and buyers, including prospecting, dealing, negotiating contracts, establishing pricing, shipping realization to achieve profitability targets. He also effectively cooperates and communicates with other superiors (Management level) and manages the process of innovative change effectively.
Experience Required:
1. Master or Bachelor degree in Engineering or related technical discipline from reputable university is preferred.
2. Minimum of 7 years marketing experience and 4 years marketing assistant experience in iron ore trading, mining and shipping industries,
3. Have direct and indirect buyers networking for iron ore consumer in export market.
4. Ability to operate in multiple business cultures as well as fluency in English a must.
5. Have strong leadership & human relationship skills, honest, highly motivated and integrity, teamwork and independently.
6. Proficient PC skills including business software such as Microsoft word, excel etc.
7. Willing to be assigned to South Kalimantan.
MECHANICAL ENGINEER (Coal Mining)
The position has a high level of responsibility and its varied engineering assignments required. The ability to lead large or small projects is an asset. He would solve problems by use of combinations of creative thinking, standard procedures, or methods developed and will be capable of committing to and maintaining a project timeline. Capable of dealing with technicians, helpers and other related team with leadership abilities to direct people especially in delegating work to be done is a must. The successful candidate will undertake work related primarily to mining industry at site.
Experience Required:
1. Male, max.35 years old.
2. Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from Reputable University.
3. Having basic engineering design and calculation, familiar with detail drawings, shop drawings, mechanical plans manually or using AutoCAD is a must.
4. Minimum 5 years of proven track record within a similar role as Mechanical Engineer for mining or construction projects.
5. Good knowledge in mechanical designs, materials and problems at site.
6. Fluent in English, with particular emphasis on Technical English.
7. Work in team or independently, strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
8. Willing to be assigned to Central Kalimantan.
ELECTRICAL ENGINEER (Coal Mining)
The purpose of this role is responsible for Electrical Engineering Support for company’s Coal Operations. He should have strong technical skills in relation to electrical engineering activities in a project/construction environment and also special skills including knowledge of electrical design standards as well as knowledge of mining applications. The incumbent also should have high level of awareness of factors affecting health and safety in mining and construction activities, including an awareness of statutory requirements to coal mining activities.
Experience Required:
1. Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering from Reputable University.
.2. Minimum 5 years of proven track record within a similar role as Electrical Engineer for mining or minerals projects.
3. Excellent understanding of Electrical Engineering, Mining or Minerals construction phase experience a must.
4. Successfully performed the role of Electrical Engineer [or a similar role] at least one other major project a must.
5. Well developed computer literacy skills especially with regard to electrical and planning software.
6. Fluent in spoken and written English.
7. Willing to be assigned to Central Kalimantan.
MINE SURVEYOR (Coal Mining)
The role of Mine Surveyor is responsible for set up all mine survey plans, survey controls, mine plans & designs in mining construction phase. He will be a key player in mining & operations area at Central Kalimantan and an integral member of Mining team. Reporting to Project Manager, He will also liaise with the Planning and Geology departments.
Experience Required:
1. Bachelor degree in Geodesy Engineering from Reputable University.
2. Minimum 5 years of proven track record within a similar role as Surveyor for mining projects.
3. Must have a good working knowledge in construction phase of mining operations.
4. Must be able to work unsupervised as well as in an integrated mining team environment.
5. Well developed computer literacy skills especially with regard to mining software, such as Surpac, Minescape, Auto Cad, etc a must.
6. Have excellent communication skills – written and oral.
7. Comfortable in a broad & challenging surveying role.
8. Current Driver’s License.
9. Willing to be assigned to Central Kalimantan.
Cashier (Coal Mining - Jakarta)
The position is responsible for process payment for accounts from entire departments, receive payment, operate cash registers, and also regularly check the cash balance. An office cashier also should be responsible for counting and preparing money for deposit in a bank, banks taking and payment for sites and head office.
Experience Required:
1. Associate (D III) majoring in Finance/Accounting from Reputable University, GPA min. 3,00.
2. Minimum 2 years experience as Cashier/Banking in Finance/Banking area,
3. Have strong skills in computer literate,
4. Have good command in English both oral and written,
5. Working experience in fast paced environment,
6. Able to work under pressure, detailed oriented, teamwork and independently.
JUNIOR GEOLOGIST (Coal Mining)
The duties will include supporting the project geologist activities with a team or self conduct. Familiarity with geology software, such as Surpac, MineScape etc, and is solely responsible for mapping project of an ongoing exploration target and strategy at site. Reporting to Senior Geologist and Geologist Manager, he should be responsible for geological data interpretation and collection, ore definition, maintain mine safety standard, supervision of ore extraction and reconciliations. The incumbent also should make geology report and coordinate with other mining activities in the group.
Experience Required:
1. Bachelor degree majoring in Geology Engineering from Reputable University, GPA min. 3,00, fresh graduate are welcome.
2. Able to operate Mine Scape, Auto Cad, and operate mining software will be an advantage.
3. Relevant mining industry experience min 2 years in similar position preferred.
4. Highly flexibility to adapt with new project challenges.
5. Able to work under pressure, teamwork and independently.
6. Have good command in English both oral and written.
7. Willing to be assigned to Kalimantan.
