Sales Assistant (Tenders, Logistics, Sales Admin)

Responsibilities:


Support the sales department by:
Preparing quotations
Sourcing non-stock items
Expediting purchase orders with local and overseas suppliers
Keeping the sales filing up-to-date
Update reports on outstanding inquiries, quotations and purchase orders.
Tender administration, preparing bid documents
Coordinating shipments, imports, logistics

Requirements:

Diploma (D3) or S1 - Business, Marketing or Administration / Secretarial.
Previous working experience at a trading or supply company is preferred.
Good command in English, both oral and written, is a must.
Proficient in using MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook.
Familiar with tender documentation, bonds and contracts
Good understanding of and experience with import, shipping and logistics procedures
Having knowledge about Piping Materials will be an advantage
