Marketing Manager
Requirements:



Minimum of Bachelors Degree (S1), preferably majoring in marketing; management; public relations and/or International trade from a reputable university (overseas graduates preferred).
Minimum 1-2 years experience in a marketing or International trade position.
Must be able to communicate effectively both in written and spoken English and Indonesian, knowledge of other languages will be an advantage.
Performs excellent business selling, negotiation skills and understanding excellent customer service.
Ability to work efficiently both in a team-based environment and independently.
Capable of influencing people in order to achieve desired results.
Strong understanding of international work culture and ethics.
Understanding of customers and the competition. Understanding of environmental and industry trends and their impact on the business.
Understanding of financial principles and how to manage budgets.
Thorough understanding of marketplace dynamics including strengths and weaknesses of competitor's products.
Understanding of human resource management practices for sales force, including compensation and incentive planning.
Strong PC skills and knowledge of common software applications (i.e. Word, Excel, Power Point).
Willingness to travel quite frequently overseas.
